We are always looking for people to join our team to do Fruit Picking, Thinning, Pruning or Packing work in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia all year round. Work will be paid accordingly to casual minimum wages or piece rate. All wages will be paid weekly through Internet Banking and payslips will be provided.

According to Australian Superannuation Act, our company must contribute 9.50% of your ordinary time earnings in additional to your wage to your choice super fund or our default super fund, if your monthly wage is more than $450.

All workers will be covered by WorkCover Insurance while working with our company, in the event of injury during work.

Applicants are required to have a legal right to work or a valid working visa (eg: Working Holiday Visa or Student Visa with working condition) in Australia, TFN and an Australian Bank Account for employment. All our jobs are legal and can be used for your 2nd or 3rd WHV Application Work Verification. Strictly no illegal workers are allowed!

Nursery Person (VIC)

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Person to assist with plant production activities at our site located in Ardmona.

About the role:

The position is full time

The successful applicant will be required to do the following work;

  • Plant propagation
  • Fertilising of developed and young trees
  • Irrigation control, monitoring and scheduling
  • Production planning, both short and long term
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Selecting plants for transplants and potting on
  • Stock detailing
  • Order sorting and packing for dispatch
  • Growing area maintenance
  • Pest and disease identification and management
  • Stock monitoring and assessment
  • Chemical handling and application
  • Understanding and implementing biosecurity protocols
  • Skills and experience in Nursery or Production horticulture

To be successful with this job application you must have:

  • An excellent understanding of nursery practices and operations (eg NIASA)
  • A minimum IV in Horticulture or related field
  • Auschem Certification and ACUP licence

Fresh Fruit Inspector

We are seeking a qualified Fresh Fruit Inspector to be part of our team in Goulburn Valley Region. You must have completed a Diploma of Agribusiness Management or suitably equivalent qualification, with ACUP Permit with knowledge of chemical residue testing, PPS checking requirements, ATC testing for supermarket chains, brix testing and other fresh produce quality measures requirements. You also be required to manage and liaise with farm management for produce compliance, post-harvest disease management and transport trials where needed.

Agricultural Crop Technician

We are seeking to appoint an Ag Crop Technician role at our Batlow site. The suitably qualified candidate will have Diploma and Advanced Diploma majoring in Production Horticulture and Agriculture. Together with Industry credentials, such as AusChem & First Aid, and some relevant experience in the Australian Production Horticulture Industry, would be advantageous.

Horticulture Technician

Job Scope:

  1. Supports the orchard manager in various ways such as planting, trimming, watering and pruning plants.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness of orchard area and facilities (Irrigation system).
  3. Assist in monitoring and caring trees growth (such as understand use to different kinds of fertilizers).
  4. Operate machinery and equipment.

Qualification requirement:

  1. Advance diploma in Agriculture
  2. 2 years working experience
  3. Diploma of Production Horticulture

Additional requirement will be priority:

  1. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
  2. Physical fit including bending and lifting heavy object up to 20kg
  3. Able to work occasional weekends and holidays
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Strong work ethic
  7. Willing to learn

Salary $55k per annum plus superannuation.

Fruit Grower

We operate as a commercial Agribusiness enterprise and are seeking a specialist in Agricultural/Horticultural crop farmer for Pome fruit production.

The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of pome fruit crop or horticultural management with some postgraduate studies in Horticulture or Agricultural Production together with accredited vocational training and relevant industry licensing.

Most importantly you will have a demonstrated track record of achieving results and a safety mindset in addition to demonstrating the passion and drive to supervise your team through potentially long and complicated harvests.

Qualification: Diploma of Production Horticulture or 2 years related work experience in horticulture industry.
